2. Definitions

• Site – the domain www.funkytattoo.ro and its related pages.
• User – any person who accesses the Site.
• Client – any person who requests or receives services in the studio (tattoo/piercing) or information/consultation for booking purposes.
• Services – tattoo and/or piercing services and any related services (consultation, design, touch-ups, as applicable).
• Appointment – a date/time reservation for Services, confirmed according to the studio’s procedure.
• Deposit – the amount paid to confirm and reserve an Appointment (as per the booking policy).

3. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing and using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

4. Purpose of the Site and general information

The Site is informational and presents our services, portfolio, indicative pricing, opening hours, rules and contact/booking methods. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date; however, errors or omissions may occur and information may change over time.

We reserve the right to update the Site content at any time without prior notice.

5. Age and identity rules

• Tattoos: performed only for persons 18+.
• Piercing: from 16 years old without parental consent; under 16, piercing can be performed only on the ear with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• ID document: an identity document is required for appointments.

6. Appointments, deposits, rescheduling and no-shows

Appointments are made via direct contact (form / phone) and are confirmed according to the studio’s procedure.

• Deposit: appointments are confirmed by a deposit (minimum amount 100 RON) to reserve the time slot.
• No-show: in case of failure to attend the appointment, the paid deposit is non-refundable.
• Rescheduling: if you need to reschedule, please inform us in advance; rescheduling is subject to availability and agreed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Pricing, estimates and third-party information

Pricing may vary depending on size, complexity, style, body placement, number of sessions and working time. Any online estimates are indicative until consultation.

Any prices displayed on third-party platforms (directories, aggregators, other websites) may be outdated or incorrect and should not be considered official. Official pricing references are those communicated by the studio and/or published on our official Site pages.

8. Consultation, health and client responsibility

The Client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding health status and any relevant allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions. Where appropriate, we recommend medical advice prior to getting a tattoo/piercing.

Information published on the Site (including aftercare) is general in nature and does not replace medical advice. If you experience unusual reactions, significant discomfort or signs of infection, seek medical assistance.

9. Intellectual property

All Site content (texts, images, graphics, logo, brand elements, photo/video materials) is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. Copying, reproducing, distributing or otherwise using content without the written consent of SC Funky Tattoo Studio SRL is prohibited.

10. Proper use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not attempt to compromise the security, functionality or integrity of the Site (e.g., attacks, abusive scraping, injections, spam).

We take reasonable measures to keep the Site operational and information current; however, we do not guarantee error-free content or uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages resulting from using, or being unable to use, the Site.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved amicably; otherwise, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts.
